Where clinical and technical meet

Process

A controlled sequence, end to end.

  1. Clinical discovery

    Discovery identifies critical services, acceptable downtime, manual fallback procedures, data dependencies and escalation routes.

  2. Architecture

    The architecture shows the full dependency chain (identity and access, connectivity, application and database platforms, backup and monitoring) and the responsibility owner for each one.

  3. Interface planning

    Interfaces to laboratory, pharmacy, radiology and imaging systems are planned alongside a controlled degraded mode: what continues, what becomes read-only, what moves to manual process.

  4. Validation

    Validation covers end-to-end workflows, interface behaviour, failover, recovery, user access, monitoring and operational escalation.

  5. Operational handover

    Operational teams receive current documentation, support contacts, maintenance requirements, known limitations, recovery procedures and clear ownership, with a stabilisation period before the programme closes.
