What we do on these systems.

01Survey the existing installation and establish what cable, containment and head-end can be retained
02Write the system design and specification against HTM 08-03 and the trust’s own requirements
03Plan call routing, priorities, presence levels and day/night changeover around ward working patterns
04Design the interfaces to DECT, paging, fire, security and medical device alarms, with responsibility for each boundary named
05Coordinate phased migration on live wards so no bed is left without a working call point
06Produce the acceptance test plan, commissioning records, O&M documentation and staff training material

Two-way speech between room devices and staff positions, hands-free or by handset
Call routing by priority to overdoor lights, corridor displays, staff consoles, workstations and mobile devices
Call forwarding to DECT handsets, pagers and mobile devices
Automatic presence registration by RFID, with call types assignable per presence level
Dynamic reassignment of rooms between care groups, so zoning follows occupancy
Continuous supervision of room devices, with fault and failure indication
Call logging and exportable response-time reporting
Runs over legacy two-wire bus, IP structured cabling, or both together in one system
