What we do on these systems.

  1. 01Survey the existing telephony estate: numbering, call flows, lines, and the analogue devices that depend on them
  2. 02Design the platform architecture, call routing and numbering plan around how the organisation actually communicates
  3. 03Engineer the network for real-time traffic (quality of service, PoE and resilience) before the platform goes live
  4. 04Specify handsets, meeting room systems and headsets suited to each working area
  5. 05Plan number porting and phased migration so no published number goes unanswered during changeover
  6. 06Integrate with directory services and the systems calls need to reach: reception, alarms, lifts and door entry
